So far, my experience living here has been excellent. The amenities are wonderful. I go to one of the gyms just about every day. The people are super nice. I feel safe in the area, and parking is easy. I have no complaints other than it’s kind of dirty with the valet trash service members leaving trash in the building hallways. Other than that, living here has exceeded my expectations.

The location is convenient and it's relatively quiet for what's around. I haven't had any major issues and maintenance has responded to my requests in a timely manner. There are the occasional noisy neighbors, but that's expected at any apartment complex every now and then. People don't always follow the parking garage rules, there have been a handful of times where someone is parked in my reserved spot. Other than that, it's been a mostly positive experience.

I have seen improvements with new management, it’s just unfortunate that they came a little too soon to truly enjoy living here. I lived across the street at Thousand Oaks for over 3 years before moving to Flatiron. All management has its issues but living here was significantly challenging and is a well known comment from locals in the community. Hopefully this nee management will be consistent and turn things around
