Not good The elevator was always broken, as somebody living on the fifth floor that was a huge inconvenience, and we rarely got answers as to why. Management was very difficult to get a hold of after being stuck in the elevator.

Constant Maintenance Issues and Poor Property Upkeep I would not recommend living here. The elevators are constantly broken, which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The parking gates are frequently out of service, creating ongoing security and access issues. On top of that, the hallways are often dirty and poorly maintained. Management does not seem to address these recurring problems in a timely manner. For the amount of rent charged, the condition and upkeep of this property are... unacceptable.

Elevators Elevators are CONSTANTLY down. Elevator 2 has been down for three months now. Before that it was down for 3-4 months before being fixed for all of one week before it was back down again.

No timely response I’ve inquired and had to follow up about several things that I originally tried to call about, but nobody picked up the phone. Additionally, when I email I typically have to follow up like I just mentioned and their response is typically another question that further drags along whatever process I’m in.
