Professional, Welcoming, anda Great Choice.

Stopped by St. James with my kids to tour and had a really good experience. Eric showed us around and was super helpful and patient the whole time.

He explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand pricing.

Overall it just felt like a good place with a great team. Definitely planning to apply soon

Great experience, great place to live!

My wife and I toured St James and met with Eric who showed us a beautiful renovated 2 bedroom that we loved with a great view of the crescent court. After discussing prices, and final costs, we were convinced that we were getting an amazing deal. Eric was very patient and nice, he even introduced us to his manager Sid- who was very respectful and gave us a memorable experience. We will more then likely apply , we enjoyed our experience here then the neighboring areas, the staff here seems like... they genuinely care. 5 stars guys you rock !

Best place to live in Uptown Dallas (Harwood District)

Don't even waste your time reading reviews for 2020 or 2018. It's 2024 and this building is amazing. I work for a large Investment bank and this place is just what I needed (going on 3 years on at the complex). Quiet on the days it needs to be and fun/exciting on the weekends. The Management team is truly awesome, the service levels here is best in class. If you want to live in a truly amazing building with great people, come to the St. James.
