Only 1/2 the problem was resolved Sink was unblocked but the disposal was not replaced and this was not noted by maintenance in the comments. I was told, in bearly understandable broken English, that the new disposal would have to be approved by the office and then ordered. I guarantee that this would go unreplaced if I had not opened up another request (just like all the other noise requests issues I have requested that have not been resolved). The floor mats in the kitchen and the stuff... under the sink was removed by maintenance was removed and not replaced. I feel that maintenance does what they do just to solve the immediate problem in hopes that the resident will forget about the lesser issue, such as vibrations or noises. I will not be renewing my lease or referring anybody due solely to the issues I have had with maintenance.

Ceiling Fanasco Requested a ceiling fan be installed in living area. After two days I received an email saying it had been resolved. Came home. No ceiling fan. Checked email. No explanation. So. Yeah. Not good.

Review It would be nice to have the parking lots monitored during and after hours. As someone that lives on the back side it’s always a lot of people and noise. The noise makes it very hard to sleep. I was asked to record people and I didn’t like that. I wouldn’t want someone recording me. Can’t come by the office without an appointment but when you call no one answers. I’ve had better luck with texting you all but if I leave a voicemail why wouldn’t you call back? I’m still awaiting the key to... the new lock to be placed in the luxer parcels.
