The Willows on Rosemeade

At one time I enjoyed living in this community at Willows On Rosemeade. However, the incidences that go on daily in my area of the complex has changed my mind for the worse. it just seems like this has became a low standard community. The neighbors are inconsiderate blasting music from early morning or late at night. The courtesy officers don’t do their job or make up excuses to not do anything. Some of the neighbors here throw trash all over the place don’t clean up after their dogs work on... their cars in the parking area with music blaring drinking parking right behind your parking spot or parking in your parking spot. There have been incidences that are dangerous it just seems that the property staff does not take action to make this complex safer. Most of all the cost of rent and miscellaneous fees does not coincide with how the units look.. there are other properties that cost the same that are newer, or Our upgraded a lot better. Location and unit price is good. I dislike that I have to share my unit with roaches. The staff, both front office and maintenance are pleasant to work with and my neighbors are amazing.

Thanks to this community for opening their doors to us. It's quiet and well-organized, and I appreciate how they prioritize cleanliness. The staff is always attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly. Thank you so much to everyone!

Old building, outdated appliances, terrible housekeeping, bad paint job. No storage. Hopefully they can make me more comfortable. But it needs a little work. This is my move in Rate 2 days now. Western if they can make me a little more comfortable then I will Rate again.
