New to this community. Overall good community. A little slow on maintenance request. I hope they keep the grounds up and the dumpsters a priority to not be overloaded.

The office team are very nice. The apartment is beautiful with a fireplace and wood floors. It’s very close to restaurants and shopping. It’s only 30 minutes away from downtown Dallas.

I’ve only been here about two weeks, but so far it’s been a decent experience. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and I’ve noticed they’re actively working on upgrades and improvements around the property. I’m looking forward to seeing how things continue to improve

The neighbors seem pretty nice and the staff is very friendly. I would like lighting in the bedrooms and the outlets seem to be a bit poorly placed/not enough.
