Too often when I have expressed a concern with an after-hours maintenance issue ( especially on a holiday or the weekend ) to a property office associate, I receive NO follow-up message or phone call to inform me of the status of my urgent maintenance issue.

I’m so sorry for the communication issues you’ve experienced. I don’t have your contact information to follow up directly, but I do want to clarify how after-hours requests work. Our maintenance team can only respond to emergency work orders... after hours, and the best way to reach them is by calling our main number and leaving a voicemail—this allows them to call you back.
For non-emergencies, submitting a work order through the resident portal is the quickest way to get your request into the system. I’ll also remind our office team to make sure anyone calling in with an emergency is directed to leave a voicemail so maintenance has a way to reach you.
