I am asking for the pest control because there are small centipedes on the floor of my apartment. However, the centipedes did not die after the pest control. The centipedes remain and they even grow stronger and run faster.

Please contact the office to be added to the pest control list prior to Tuesday's service. Our pest control... vendor is on-site every Tuesday, and we are happy to add your apartment to the schedule whenever treatment is needed.

Verified Renter

90% of all the apartments in the area are sterile boxes and the buildings are not much more. Amenities are limited and maintenance at those places is spotty at best. Grand Estates actually feels like a home, beautiful floor plans, lush yards, and all of the staff, office and maintenance, make you feel welcome and important. This is the oasis everyone is looking for when it comes to having a great home to go to.

My overall experience during the final stage of my residency has not been very pleasant. I previously submitted a maintenance request that was never properly addressed, and now, during the closing/move-out process, I am being charged fees that I do not understand to be clearly established or expressly supported by the Lease Agreement. I respectfully disagree with any charges that are not specifically outlined in the lease and request that management provide a detailed written breakdown and... justification for each fee being assessed, including the lease provision that supports it. I would appreciate a fair and transparent review of this matter before any final balance is confirmed, especially considering that my maintenance concern was not resolved during my residency.

I love the property itself. My chief complaint is a noticeable lower standard of services with the new management and maintenance teams. There has also been a noticeable increase in roaches and ineffective pest treatments such as traps instead of regular spraying.

It would be nice to have the hallways blown out occaisionally because we constantly struggle with june bugs, cob webs, and leaves in our hall and doorway, and its a massive pain to sweep the entire corridor including all the walls... and ceiling and stairway.

I also would greatly appreciate if the hot tub could be put back into service. I lived here in 2015/2016 and it was much nicer then. Also I think something should be done with the theater because it was a very cool set up and it seems like a waste to discontinue it.

I would also like management to consider adding women's machines in the fitness room, because most of the machines are way too tall and predominantly for upper body. It would be great to add inner/outer thigh and abdominals.

Pest Control: We service every Tuesday—just let the office know before Tuesday morning to get... on the list. Our pest pros choose the best treatment based on what’s going on (they’re the experts, we promise!).

Community Upkeep: We do weekly power washing, but with a community this size, we can’t hit every building each week. If your breezeway needs some extra TLC, just give us a call—we’ve got you.

Amenities: The hot tub is up and running! The theater and clubhouse are currently getting a refresh to make them even better.

Fitness Center: We appreciate the equipment suggestions and will keep them in mind for future upgrades.

We’re always here to help, so feel free to reach out to the office anytime—we promise we don’t bite. Thanks again for being part of our community!
