Grand Estates at Kessler Park

This place has mold everywhere. And when it starts effecting your health they will schedule an AC vent cleaning that states it won’t remediate the mold and that’s as far as they will want to go bc they don’t care about tenant health. Amanda the manager will gaslight you that “it’s not mold”, it’s only “organic growth” and it’s “not harmful “ even after you explain to her that your having mold exposure symptoms, have had to go to a doctor for chest pressure/difficulty to breathe and insane... headaches, as well as showing proof of a positive at home MOLD test. They truly don’t want to fix the problem, they just want to do a quick fix and shut the tenants up so they can collect rent. The roaches are AWFUL here too. Maintenance takes forever to get stuff done and they close out your orders without them being completed. They tell you it’s water bugs when they’re literally GERMAN COCKROACHES!!!! You will end up having to basically do it all yourself. Cars do get stolen in this area, I’ve seen a lot of breaking too and I thought it would be better living by the office but those things still happen. My neighbors door was kicked in, they attempted to rob them, but luckily me and the neighbor across both had ring doorbells. Packages are stolen, the mailbox has been broken into (they literally sent out an email with the guys face saying for us to keep an eye out). We use the community app on our phones and it goes out a lot so you won’t be able to access the package room, the gates to get in the complex, or the fitness room. The pool and gym and constantly closed even tho when we moved in it was stated they are available 24hrs. They are kind enough to get you in the door and have you sign that deathnote, and then you’re on your own to keep your home comfortable. Even if you have the worst of neighbors smoking indoors and making your home smell like weed, thats your personal problem not the leasing office. They are simply there to make sure you pay them, they won’t help with anything and they don’t maintenance the property to ensure tenants aren’t living in these conditions. Read More

Over all a great place to live! Lots of character and trees galore!!

I am asking for the pest control because there are small centipedes on the floor of my apartment. However, the centipedes did not die after the pest control. The centipedes remain and they even grow stronger and run faster.

90% of all the apartments in the area are sterile boxes and the buildings are not much more. Amenities are limited and maintenance at those places is spotty at best. Grand Estates actually feels like a home, beautiful floor plans, lush yards, and all of the staff, office and maintenance, make you feel welcome and important. This is the oasis everyone is looking for when it comes to having a great home to go to.
