You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, with a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device; blocking or disconnecting the security camera pointing at the door entrance will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. If any damage or issue arises that requires repair, repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. There is a $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/fob/parking permit. A $500 penalty applies if you’re locked out and need assistance. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team at a cost of $150, to be paid by the guest.
