I’ve been to many apartments in htx over the last 5 years and this is the only building I’ve ever renewed a lease. The new staff is absolutely amazing, they make you feel so welcome and at home. They’re also super attentive when it comes to maintenance issues (unlike my previous apartments). Super clean and great prices for the amenities you receive. I love this building

I am genuinely so excited to have found this apartment complex a hidden gem truly! Amazing easy process getting in. Staff has helped every step of the way with any issue that arose. The unit is wonderful and meets all expectations. 360 views of Houston at an amazing price. High tech facilities safe and clean. Happy with the first month and cant wait for the next 11!

Don’t rent here unless you want your security deposit stolen. I have been waiting for two months after the acceptable time to get the deposit back. Funny how tenants get penalties for late rent but these landlords can just pocket your security deposit.

I have been here 2 years and the place has gone down hill fast! infested with roaches no matter how often pest control comes. Urine in the hallways, elevators and stairs from dogs. Also the elevator rarely works so have to use stairs

I wanted to share my experience living in this place for the past year, and I must say, it has been incredibly disappointing. From the constant lack of security to the open entry and exit doors, the safety of residents is consistently compromised.

There's a concerning pattern of random individuals freely entering and exiting the building, with little to no oversight. The rare occasion when security is present, they're often found asleep in the lobby while multiple car break-ins and thefts occur... outside.

Every morning brings a new lineup of residents frustrated about their cars being vandalized or stolen. It's disheartening to witness the Houston Police Department responding to calls here at least four times a week.

Additionally, the presence of homeless individuals sleeping in common areas like the lobby and club area adds to the sense of insecurity. The revolving door of management changes every three months, further exacerbating the issues.

The package delivery system is another major concern. Packages are routinely stolen upon arrival, and unless you intercept the delivery driver as they park, your package disappears within minutes.

I have ample evidence, including videos and photos, to illustrate the extent of these issues. It's crucial that management takes immediate action to address these persistent security and safety issues for the well-being of all residents. Read More
