Overall, I’m happy here so far, and the staff has been amazing. Everyone has been friendly, responsive, and made the move-in process much easier.

There were a few disappointments, though. I wasn’t able to see my apartment before move-in, and while the layout is similar, it isn’t the floor plan that was advertised. The apartment also had a strong mildew smell when I moved in that still hasn’t gone away. The carpet smelled like sweaty feet, it looked vacuumed but didn’t seem professionally... cleaned. I also found that the outlets in the kitchen island don’t work, and only one of the four coax outlets is functional.

I was looking for a safe and nice place to call home. Came here and really liked it. Many places to shop around eat within walking distance. Everyone in the front desk were so eager to help and answered all my questions.

It has been a wonderful and seamless process becoming an Eclipse resident all thanks to their wonderful leasing office team and diligent maintenance crew. The property is very well kept and everyone I’ve been assisted by so far has been knowledgeable, proactive, and so sweet. The unit I’m renting is a great size and I can’t even hear my neighbors while I’m home. This community is beautiful and I’m happy to have made it my home. Would definitely recommend.

We were desperate to find a place to live as our former apartment fell through. We called Eclipse and Marquette had us approved by Friday and moved in by Monday. He was so attentive and considerate of the situation we were in. I would do it over and over again if given the option. Eclipse is affordable, clean and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

So far so good. It’s been a week and all has been well. The work orders I enter were said to be worked on in 24-48 hours, but that hasn’t happen. However, everything else has been good and the work orders are simple so I’m not upset, hopefully someone comes soon though.
