Good Management
Lorena was absolutely incredible. She has excellent communication and was very accommodating in showing me the property as many times as I needed. She answered every question I had and was consistently helpful throughout the process.
My move-in date was quite far out, but Lorena kept me updated the entire time and called whenever a unit became available. Even though we ultimately decided not to move here, we had a very positive experience because of her support.
I’m giving 4 stars because I... feel the property itself could be a bit more updated. During our tours, there were also multiple instances of people smoking on balconies. That said, overall it was still a good experience.
