Wonderful Community

Toured this beautiful community and all i can say is how wonderful the team and property has been. The customer service was amazing. It takes me quite sometime to find an apartment of my liking. So happy i have found the right spot.

Awesome Apartments

Lorena was super kind and patient! Definitely recommend her for your next apartment search! As for the apartment itself, it’s in a nice location with some restaurants near by and a gas station for convenience. It also has a modern look with a well cared for pool. The car bumps are a little too high but that’s just being picky. Overall, 10/10!

Can’t wait to move in April.

Love my Apartments

I have lived here for a long time and I love living here and specially the Gym!!

Poor maintenance

Dumpsters are always full and people park everywhere were parking is prohibited, there are broken down cars just sitting there not being moved

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to see dumpsters overflowing and vehicles parked in prohibited areas.

We are actively working with our trash provider to address the frequency of pickups to... prevent overflow issues. Additionally, we will be monitoring parking more closely and enforcing community policies regarding unauthorized parking and inoperable vehicles. Vehicles that are not being moved will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our guidelines.

Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining a clean and well-organized community. Please feel free to reach out to the office with specific locations so we can address them promptly.

Unprofessional

Did an application and didn’t hear back from them. I called on another number( 2 other phones) they answered. I don’t know why they won’t answer for me knowing I’m trying to get an approval or denial. Very weird and unprofessional.
