Horrible communication

My AC has been out since Sunday. They don’t call me with an update I’ve had to call them multiple times just to know what was done. It’s Thursday now and they “attempted” to come in this morning but my dog was out I told them I can come put him up in an hour(im a teacher in the middle of a lesson) and they have the audacity to push back another day cause they could t wait for me for an hour. Mind you I have a 3 month old. My apartment is scorching hot another day and night, there has been no... communication since I CALLED THEM on Tuesday and somehow I’m the blame today. They don’t care about making it right. Didn’t care about working with me so me and my family can finally have ac.

Good Management

Lorena was absolutely incredible. She has excellent communication and was very accommodating in showing me the property as many times as I needed. She answered every question I had and was consistently helpful throughout the process.

My move-in date was quite far out, but Lorena kept me updated the entire time and called whenever a unit became available. Even though we ultimately decided not to move here, we had a very positive experience because of her support.

I’m giving 4 stars because I... feel the property itself could be a bit more updated. During our tours, there were also multiple instances of people smoking on balconies. That said, overall it was still a good experience.

Wonderful Community

Toured this beautiful community and all i can say is how wonderful the team and property has been. The customer service was amazing. It takes me quite sometime to find an apartment of my liking. So happy i have found the right spot.

Awesome Apartments

Lorena was super kind and patient! Definitely recommend her for your next apartment search! As for the apartment itself, it’s in a nice location with some restaurants near by and a gas station for convenience. It also has a modern look with a well cared for pool. The car bumps are a little too high but that’s just being picky. Overall, 10/10!

Can’t wait to move in April.

Love my Apartments
