Yes this place is amazing
I have lived here for almost a year and it has been more than peachy. The maintenance amd the front office are available whenever you need them. They answer questions and they get the work done. Haven’t had any bug or mold problems. The pool looks spotless every day. I love the neighborhood! Walking my dogs around the complex is super nice. The AC works well and the walls aren’t thin. Will be sad to leave this complex once I most to a new city. Also, the patio is so nice! Super spacious and so... much green. If you’re like me and need greenery, this is the place for you!

I love my apartment. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have never had a problem. The bad reviews you see here are probably from people who didn't pay their bills on time and are disgruntled.
When something breaks it's fixed....
