Lanesborough Apartments

I have been a resident since 11/2019. I have paid my rent on time for every month but two, when my bank info was changed and the banking was a process. Our car's catalytic converter was robbed in the apartment complex. Since, we bought a new car and requested a 2nd garage at half price as compensation for our out of pocket expenses of $1,000 since the theft was on their parking lot. The manager, Elizabeth told us the full garage price was not negotiable. We only asked for half off and were going... to continue with another lease, while leasing 2 garages. We do not feel valued or appreciated. We also asked to put our new car in the garage while we went out of town and they said they could have it today. I have lived here for almost one year already. I must say that I was hesitant moving here when I saw the reviews, but the location is what got me. I am very close to MD Anderson. Saves a ton on gas. The reason I am writing this review is because I was very impressed on how quickly the leasing office and maintenance handled a leak I had today. My toilet was leaking water and I called the office to let them know. Not even one hour later, boom.... maintenance shows up and fixes it. Last... place I lived at would take weeks to get stuff done. Quick walk to work, the ladies at the office are nice and maintenance doesn’t take too long. I wish the gym was 24 hours other than that I like it here.
