Love living here. Maintenance is on point and the people here are great. This is also the best location and neighborhood in Houston by far. Nothing beats being right off the Buffalo Bayou.

Been here for a year and a half and so far it’s been great! Previous property manager was amazing compared to the previous apartments I’ve lived in. New property manager started not too long ago, so not much to go off of, but has been nice and accommodating on a recent request. Front office is friendly and welcoming and maintenance staff is helpful, kind, and prompt. Looking forward to continue living here!
