The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms offer a mix of king, queen, bunk, and twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. The 5 bathrooms are equipped with essential toiletries and sparkling clean bathtubs for those who enjoy relaxing bubble baths.
Free parking is available to all guests in the garage and on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 is applied for each guest beyond the first six. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included. Pet cleaning fees may be applied and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property is required at all times with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
