Texas's climate may lead to occasional bugs; regular exterminations are performed, but no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time, especially for non-emergency issues. No refunds are given if non-emergency maintenance cannot be completed promptly. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. A fee of $100 will be charged for unreturned or damaged key fobs. Parties, trash, unit damage, disrespect of property, or gatherings with un-reported extra guests will result in a $200 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each bag of trash over the allowed two bags per checkout incurs a $25 charge. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. The public pool may be closed for maintenance; verify availability for your dates if it's a key amenity, as no refunds will be provided if the pool is closed without prior confirmation.
