All vehicles must be registered for the parking garage to avoid towing.

The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and devices are in place to detect it; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team, or you will be charged for the next night's stay. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is swim-at-your-own-risk. Persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. No glass containers, diving, running, rough play, pets, smoking or vaping, or loud music are allowed in the pool area. Please clean up after yourself. We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to property management staff. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Texas is a hot and humid climate that causes a lot of bugs; you may see bugs in the home. No refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time to be addressed. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and it was not fixed before check-in, it will be reported to the complex staff. Blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under "non-emergency" maintenance. No refunds will be given if maintenance cannot fix it right away. Pets are not allowed, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $100 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash; per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. The pool may sometimes be closed for regular maintenance; please verify if it’s available on the dates of your stay if that is an amenity you look forward to using. If you do not verify with us beforehand and receive confirmation, we will not provide a refund for the pool being closed for seasonality or weather or cleanings.
