Gables Water Street

This community is quiet and offer convenient access to DFW and Love Field as well as downtown. It offers spectacular views especially during the holiday fireworks by the City of Irving.

Overall, it's very pleasant living here. Maintenance responds to requests quickly (not that we have many issues).

It's usually pretty quiet here - we don't hear much noise from neighbors other than occasional stomping upstairs (but that's pretty unavoidable, in my experience).

We find parking in the garage without much trouble and haven't had any problems with our cars being messed with.

The office staff is helpful if we have questions or issues (usually with the key fob wristband - I... wouldn't recommend getting the wristband). Read More

We chose this complex a couple years ago to move to when we downsized. We left for what we thought would be a better living arrangement, well we are back because of our experience here , Strongly recommend

Excellent experience so far. I just moved in last week and I must say this is a truly a luxury apartment complex. I love the building and location, as well as the security features of this complex.

I absolutely love this complex. It’s clean and all the staff is friendly. The location is safe and luxe I couldn’t ask for anything better. Maintenance is also extremely quick and they fix things perfectly. Never have they cut corners to make it the best’s .
