Horrible apartment.

INFESTED with cockroaches!! They make you pay a monthly fee for pest spray but they never come. Maintenance is horrible and when I had an issue with the dryer I was told the appliances are “new” and shouldn’t have an issue. Recently switched how we pay rent and never notified the renters. The office said there was an email and they put a letter on our door and now we need to pay a late fee because of their mistakes. I would not recommend living here and I wish I could upload pictures of the pink... and black mold that was infested in the apartment, broken blinds, nails in the carpets, huge cockroaches, and the “new” appliances. The only thing this apartment complex has is a public walking trail behind it.

Worst maintenance and no response

Reported issue never been resolved , blinds got broken and even after a week it was not resolved. Dryer was not working , it’s been month and but not replaced. Worst management ever, if u want to live peacefully don’t come to this community ever.

Horrible Management!!

There is a MICE in the house & this is not happening for the first time!!

We have trapped 2 mices before, this is the third one coming. After informing so many times to the management, they do nothing about it.
They keep saying they’ll send someone, it’s been more than a month now. Nobody has come for pest control. Not even fixing that place from where the mice is entering. The management is not at all helpful. *DONT LEASE IN THIS APARTMENT* because if u face any issue in ur house..nobody is... going to show up.

MOLD INFESTED- DO NOT APPLY

I have had various issues throughout my stay year but as of 1 month ago, Dr suggested Getting a mold test due to my worsening respiratory problems. Tested Positive. Management didn’t acknowledge and when asked to see results from“3rd party” inspection, I was told it would take up to 30 DAYS for results.!!! Still waiting!
