Do NOT lease here save yourself the stress Management doesn’t respond to your queries, no help from them for pest control, applied late fees on my account even though there system was unavailable and broken and there was no way i could pay rent. I regret signing a lease at Vantage Community. Months in, and the pattern of neglect and mismanagement has been unacceptable: No working payment method. They never provided a functional way to pay rent — then charged me a late fee for a failure that was... entirely on their end. The audacity to penalize residents for their own broken system says everything about how they run this property. 2 MONTHS to fix a clogged bathtub. Repeated maintenance requests were ignored or mishandled. Two months. For a basic, unusable bathroom fixture. Pest problems — including a scorpion in my unit — on top of everything else. Unexplained billing — an inflated water/sewer charge appeared on my account with zero explanation. This isn’t bad luck — it’s a consistent pattern of poor management, no accountability, and residents left to fend for themselves. If you’re apartment hunting, keep looking. Occasional weed smell, some Intrusive construction. The parking garage at night is always overflowing. Staff is helpful, cleaning keeps common areas tidy.

All staff amazing, just Matt is the worst person to talk to. He talks in circles but doesn’t answer your actual questions. Many packages(which are left out all over the floor of the very open parking. Just strewn all over! A major leak happened at 2:30 am and we had to all go outside in our underwear carrying a baby, a dog and a cat, it was “wonderful”. You can and will hear your neighbors as I like to call these non luxury apartments. You get trash valet but lest you make a mistake they won’t... take your trash. Trash rooms smell so bad, I legitimately threw up when I was pregnant and I never even went inside. You need a fob to get back in, I left mine at the apartment, couldn’t get back in for forty minutes until someone walked out. Talk to the front office staff, especially Aaron and Emma, they are amazing at their jobs. Lots of turnover in the office so if you expect any consideration or loyalty from these people think again. Just signed my renewal for my 7th year. Even with changes to leasing staff it has overall been a good experience. The maintenance staff are really nice and get things taken care of quickly.
