Good Apt But

Good spacious apartment, with attentive front office and maintenance. One thing I didn't like is about car parking allotment, which they randomly allot available place not considering the closeness to the apt

This place is a dump. The goofy timing and separate billing of rent and utilities is confusing and is not made clear in the lease. Please do not even consider moving here.
