Love My Apartment

I love my 1-bedroom apartment & garage. The complex is nice & the people are friendly. Neighbors are quiet. Lots of amenities, e.g. big pool with hot tub & grills, indoor mail room, gym, they're pet freindly with a dog park, children's playground, game area with grill, garages, trash pick up at your door, etc. They have events & give aways for most holidays & special occasions. They have food trucks on the property almost weekly. A new strip center is being built directly in front of the... complex...hoping for some good food & drink options to open soon. They offer furnished guest apartments for daily rental rates. Has a resident portal/website for comments, announcements, & to make rent/utility payments. Have lived there since the end of December 2021 & have not encountered any problems.

Great place to live

I was so pleased with this complex!! Super clean and kind staff in the office. Great prices and so close to school.
I would recommend this property- I got a price that I could actually afford! Best price for the size- and I e shopped around A LOT!!

El peor lugar para vivir

I wouldn't want to put even one star. In one year I have been robbed three times in this complex, it is the most insecure place to live, anyone enters the buildings as if they belonged to the place, the attention of the management is terrible, they are not responsible for anything but they do not make you feel safe either. The site is dirty and does not have good maintenance for what you pay here there are better places to live my experience has been terrible
