Bridgewood Ranch

I’m the first month of living there the A/C went out, which took about over a week to fix. We had our car towed from a covered parking spot because we were not given a sticker from the front office. A month before trying to move out we filed a service request which never was filled. When moving out the office had no clue what was going on. I received different emails stating different balances due. I would talk to the people in the office about it and received different information every time.... The women in the leasing office are very kind and helpfully. I wouldn't say the rent is cheap, but definitely fair for what you're paying for. These apartments are very quiet and reserved.

I only have one "complaint" about this complex. Number one, they require you to have direct tv- it's added on to your rent. Of course it's discounted, so if you actually wanted cable than this is a good thing! But for anyone who's used to pinching pennies and doesn't need a cable box because they've... gotten used to Netflix, then it's just more of an inconvenience.

Other than that, I think this is a nice place to live. It's small, and they do run criminal background checks on everyone who applies. It's pretty comfortable living. I'd recommend. Read More
