Great staff, amenities, and location! Really the perfect place to be in Dallas with a reasonable price! One of the best things is its proximity to the Katy trail. The apartment is full of young and social residents which is perfect if you are looking to meet new people. My only wish is that some of the systems like the apartment doors and such would have updated technology rather than relying on a key but the apartment is great regardless.

Great move in experience! Johnathan is extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean when I got there, everything worked well. Some cracks in outlet covers and minor stuff like that but overall great!

This apartment is in a great neighborhood and the apartment itself is super quiet and has great amenities. It is a two minute walk from the Katy trail and other shops. Maintenance is always quick to respond. One of the things I love is the 2 level pool area. It’s a great place to sit a do work in the shade, tan in the sun, and relax.
