I love the space bell has provided for me. It is always clean and of the few issues I have had the maintenance team and office staff have been incredibly punctual and professional. I can't applaud them enough. Great job!

Be sure to have some solid insurance because security is pretty lax and people stalk cars to smash windows in the parking garage. Don’t expect any assistance from management, you will get shamed for a backpack in your overpriced gated apartment parking garage (I was asking for it so that helped). Also valet trash smell in the hallways is covered up with what might as well be axe body spray. They have cornhole and a pool. So hopefully that makes up for the frequent car window smashings that... apparently happen frequently (told by them personally) and overpriced location.

A very nice complex that is well run, and has kind management and staff! The maintenance staff is fantastic - knowledgeable and timely. The common areas are always kept clean. They are strict on policies which makes tenants accountable and take pride in the place they live. I'm very happy to call BND home!
