Parties are not allowed without host approval, and undisclosed parties or events will incur a $1,000 per day penalty. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $50 per day penalty per pet. Third-party bookings without the booking party staying onsite are not allowed without prior host approval. Guests are permitted 2 non-overnight guests; more than that requires host approval.
