Like the layout and location but property is not well maintained and kept up. Has been through 3 managers since move in

Not recommended! My move in was horrible, Property is on the third set of management since I moved in. They are too busy putting a concrete comedian in at the entrance instead of repairing other things at this facility(I.e swimming pool is down most the time, the brick columns are falling over at the front of the property, the walking trail and retention pond are so overgrown there is no way that is in compliance to code. Lawn crew covered my vehicle in mud and grass. Sat at home all day... waiting on my washer to be repaired and no answer on when that would happen. Received zero notice on my door for office to be closed on July 3, which isn’t even the holiday and within my payment window that the office would be closed and I was out of town with someone set up to drop off my payment to the office on the 3rd knowing they would be closed on the 4th. Manager is unwilling to waive the fee for their negligence of not communicating it early enough. Stated on elevators and their doors.

During our recent conversation, you acknowledged that you received the community-wide email sent on... June 28 notifying residents of the office closure and providing advance notice to make any necessary payment arrangements. Rent is due according to the terms of the lease, and late fees are applied on the 5th when payment has not been received. Our community offers several convenient ways to make rent payments, including online payment options, so residents can submit payment even when the office is closed. Residents are responsible for ensuring their rent is received by the applicable due date. We understand that no one wants to incur a late fee. However, we are required to apply our payment policies consistently and fairly to all residents. We value your residency with us over the past three-plus years and appreciate the opportunity to continue addressing any concerns you may have.

We moved in not long ago, so far it has been a great experience! All the staff have been nice and helpful. It’s a super quiet and clean place!

I absolutely love living here, and the staff is fantastic. Whenever maintenance is needed, it is handled quickly and professionally.
The only complaint I have is about the pool. It is rarely open, and there always seems to be a reason or excuse why it isn’t available. I’ve been living here for three and a half years, and unfortunately, the pool has been an ongoing issue during that time.
