The online lease was a bit of a hassle, but other than that, so far so good. When I see improvements being done, I know I came to the right place.
I have one suggestion. Most families have more than one vehicle. You should ask, and offer 2 gate passes with no charge for the second one.

I’ve had a great experience living at Reserve at Lake Jackson. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and overall a very comfortable place to live. The staff has been helpful and responsive, and the location is convenient for everything I need.

I really appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the property clean and welcoming. It would be great to continue maintaining those standards so everyone can enjoy the community at its best.

Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to... others.

Gotta give it for the quietness and layout design of apartment.
Property still needs some work on landscaping and pool still needs a serious good vacuum not just brushing it all to center. Hoping the pool is up to par come time for summer, this was big selling point for us. Its been very disappointing to say the least. The grilling area needs serious attention. Maybe some outdoor furniture update or a good cleaning of the old stuff. Some of the gates don't work when entering code.

It’s a lovely place to live. The grounds could be better. The grassy area is uneven and unkempt and the concrete has many stains and soil ground into the crevices.
