Rude manager
Absolutely horrible manager. Hot water is out for 2 days, it was fixed overnight for a few hours then went out again. Manager is in the office (I will admit slightly after posted closing time) I knock and he comes to the door opens it and yells "This is why I can't get anything done, people keep coming in a demanding things get done and I can't progress towards it." then points to a sign on the door and says "here's my email that's how you reach me" Also Joel is NEVER on location, he... continuously leaves the leasing agent alone to solve the entire apartments issues solo. There has also been 0 communication regarding the water outage. And has the audacity to literally scream at me in my face when I want to make him aware.
