DO NOT MOVE HERE - Health Hazards, Biohazards, and Billing Retaliation

Mold & raccoons. They steal deposits. Stay away!
Biohazards & dishonest staff. AVOID this place!

FINALLY! My perfect apartment!!

I've lived at 2 other properties, and they never felt just right for me. I walked into The Falls at Clear Lake and met Marlene - LOVE HER!! She worked with me to find an apartment that checked all my boxes, and FINALLY!! I found my perfect apartment!! I can't thank her enough for her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my happiness.

Was great until Keener Management took over

The years I lived here I have never seen The Falls At Clearlake dumpsters this nasty and filled to the top and trash on the ground. Not until Keener management took over. Coustmer service is horribe. They never communicate with the teants in regards of work orders and the work orders are never done in a reasonable time which is weird because they have 5 maintance men..... They will even cancel you work order with no explanation to why. You can email them about your work order and they never... respond. They are barking up a tree of (repair and remedy) the way they are going. Keener management and everything stand for is lies they are beyond LAZY.

The old management team took pride in their job. The trash man was always was here dumping the dumpsters. Our work orders never went over 24 to 48 hrs of being attended to or at least them reaching out to us. They understood the customer service aspect of being a management team. As teants we never had to harass the office because it was ALWAYS a clear communication. i can count on 1 hand the amount of times i spoken to old management because they were always on point.
