The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, with an open layout that keeps everyone connected, and a dining table that comfortably seats 12. Outside, enjoy a sparkling private unheated pool, an enclosed backyard with a covered pergola tiki hut, an outdoor bar area, a BBQ grill, water misters, and an outdoor shower. Central AC, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi are provided for your comfort. The fully fenced yard is great for kids and pets, and a fire pit is available for use (guests supply propane).

The pet fee must be paid within one hour of booking, or the reservation will be canceled. Pets must be kenneled and house-trained and kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in outdoor garbage receptacles. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals, and emotional support animals are not exempt from pet fees.
