Pets must be kenneled and house-trained and must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard). All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from pet fees. Stays over 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning for a fee equal to the standard cleaning cost.
