Pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed outside unless in the fenced yard, and kept off furniture and bedding, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, but guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.
Starter supplies are provided, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. These items are intended to get you started, and any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
