The home also includes three full bathrooms, with the primary bedroom having an en-suite. Additional spaces include a cinema room.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $120 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets must be previously discussed and authorized. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations, but smoking outdoors is allowed with proper disposal of cigarette butts. The hot tub is currently out of service but is usually serviced twice a week in summer and once a week in other months. Landscaping is done weekly, and two security cameras are installed outside for security. Pest control service is monthly, and while you might encounter wildlife or outdoor insects indoors, they are not harmful and will be promptly removed if notified. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of house rules could result in reservation cancellation without refund and loss of deposit.
