My experience with this community has been extremely disappointing due to poor management and a lack of clear communication.

The biggest issue was that my car was wrongfully towed because of misinformation from the leasing office. When we first moved in, we were told that the resident portal was being updated and that we needed to use a different portal for vehicle registration. Later, after I changed my car, they claimed that I should have updated the original portal instead. This... miscommunication was entirely on their end, yet I had to deal with the inconvenience and expense of having my vehicle towed.

Another major problem has been the pest issue. Since moving in, there have been a significant number of cockroaches in the apartment. Despite submitting multiple pest control requests, the problem has never been properly resolved. It is unacceptable to pay rent and still have to deal with ongoing infestations.

On top of that, there are several hidden charges that are never clearly explained during the lease signing process. Many additional fees only become apparent after you’ve already signed the lease, which feels misleading and unfair.

Overall, the management has been unresponsive, communication has been poor, and residents end up paying the price for mistakes that are not their fault. I would not recommend living here unless these issues are addressed. Read More

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is by far the worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance requests are ignored or handled poorly, and items were even taken from my unit and never returned.

The biggest issue is health and safety. After living here, maintenance discovered that no air filter had ever been installed—meaning we were breathing in dust and debris the entire time. My children have had allergy issues, including swollen eyes that required doctor visits. Management... did nothing.

On top of that, there is a serious pest problem. I have never seen cockroaches this large, and even after requesting extermination multiple times, nothing was done. They keep coming back.

We are also required to pay for valet trash service, yet they rarely come on their scheduled days—and the price never changes. Management does not care.

The property is poorly maintained—garage doors and key fob panels don’t work, stairways smell like pet waste, and overall cleanliness is unacceptable. Yet management still shifts responsibility onto tenants.

Security is also a major concern. My vehicles have been broken into multiple times, and management admitted the garage cameras don’t even work.

Management is dismissive, unhelpful, and takes no accountability. Save yourself the stress and do not move here. Read More

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This property is so disgusting. It's not safe and everything is broken.

All the reviews are from people that have yet to live here. This place is far from 'luxury'. Management could care less about major issues that have been present since they took ownership. Can't wait to move out of this place.
