The Media Room has a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, games, books, and puzzles, along with an office desk for work-cations. All linens and towels are provided.
Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets must be previously discussed and authorized. A gas and coal grill are available for cookouts, with propane provided. A seating area with a gas fire pit is also available, with propane provided.

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, making it easy to walk around. Cars rarely pass by the house, with most drivers being residents. Rowlett offers attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and Six Flags Over Texas.
No events or parties are allowed. There is a keypad lock on the front door. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed at the house or near open doors or windows. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM max. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. If a guest smokes indoors, the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is picked up on specific days by the city; guests will be informed the night before to leave trash out from 7 PM onwards for pickup at 7 AM the next day. If the majority of the adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. If everyone in your group is under 21, alcohol is not allowed on the property.
