Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. If the majority of adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. If everyone in your group is under 21, alcohol is not permitted on the property. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part or all of the security deposit and potentially lead to non-refundable cancellation.
