We’ve been here a week and have had amazing personalized experience! All the staff is so friendly and the facilities are immaculate. Highly recommend!

Staff is fabulous. The location is amazing. The gym is well equipped and has usually not too crowded. Poolside towel service in the summer is a real treat.

So far our experience has been spectacular. The Leasing staff and concierge crew have been incredibly helpful in getting us acclimated to our new home. The grounds and apartment have certainly met all of our expectations.

Was moved into a unit and not told that it sat near the same line as the garage speed bumps. Everytime anyone ran over them, it shook my apartment. I notified them literally the day after I moved in and was told I had to wait 6 months and pay a $3500 moving fee. I had to go over managements to get moved.

As stated before by other residents, if you mess up or make a genuine mistake such as me not noticing my dogs poop one time … you get threatened with a fine immediately and sent pictures like... I committed a felony.

Also tried to have them communicate to my
Neighbor about their music being to loud at 2:30am and the response was that they didn’t hear anything.

Elevators are always down.

Dan and Arnold (concierge) are great btw
So is Tabitha and I feel bad she is always having to clean up other managements shortcomings.
