7600 Broadway

Was moved into a unit and not told that it sat near the same line as the garage speed bumps. Everytime anyone ran over them, it shook my apartment. I notified them literally the day after I moved in and was told I had to wait 6 months and pay a $3500 moving fee. I had to go over managements to get moved.

As stated before by other residents, if you mess up or make a genuine mistake such as me not noticing my dogs poop one time … you get threatened with a fine immediately and sent pictures like... I committed a felony.

Also tried to have them communicate to my
Neighbor about their music being to loud at 2:30am and the response was that they didn’t hear anything.

Elevators are always down.

Dan and Arnold (concierge) are great btw

Everything is what we expected and more. This property not only provides luxury but a sense of community. From the residents to the onsite staff.

From the minute I arrived I've been treated with warm, welcoming staff. I have but here only a short time but already feel the sense of community! I'm home!
