Being new is especially good.
Now, if the elevator issues were solved it would be nearly perfect.

An Exceptional Place to Call Home!
My husband and I moved into 7600 Broadway after selling our home of 36 years. We wanted to downsize and make traveling easier, but we never expected to find a community that truly felt like home so quickly.
From our very first day to our last, the entire team—management, concierge, and maintenance—has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and entirely stress-free. It has been a truly wonderful experience, and we are going to miss... everyone dearly. Along with the incredible staff, we will also deeply miss the wonderful neighbors we are now blessed to call friends.
As we step into our next life milestone and adventure, we want to extend our deepest gratitude for the consistent kindness, professionalism, and friendship we experienced here. To the next tenants who rent our apartment: we hope you enjoy the gorgeous sunsets as much as we did!

cozy, quiet and peaceful area. fast service. polite people. I absolutely love my view that I have of the area. I love how quiet it is here. especially after coming home from work.

Staff is extremely helpful. The concierge team worked with our movers to make it more seamless.

Everything is great (amenities, staff, gym, monthly events, concierge and etc.) except for the garage that the main floor garage door has issues multiple times and it always takes forever to get it repaired.
