I have lived at IronRidge since January 2022 and currently renewing my lease. Both the office and maintenance staff have been great! The apartments are large with various floor plans. The kitchens are very nice with lots of counter space and cabinets. The complex grounds are well maintained. It’s truly a great community to call home!

Great staff, community events and amenities! Parking could be better, but it’s better more often than it’s not. Location is perfect because it’s close to downtown and local events (15 mins from The Pearl), but it’s in a quiet community itself so you’re close to the action but not “in” it. It’s really good for folks relocating to San Antonio. Start here and work your way out!

Living here has been amazing so far. The community is always kept up with & kept clean! They pick up trash daily! They have resident events that bring the community together & really great amenities! Very spacious floorpans that are actually affordable!
