Absolutely horrible place to live. Management specifically Angelica is extremely unprofessional and staff seem more focused on handing out violations than actually helping residents. It felt like violations were used unfairly and in retaliation after issues were raised. Maintenance takes far too long for basic repairs, and problems seemed to get quick cover-ups instead of real fixes. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

The front office will follow up on the least important calls.
There are maybe 4 people that work maintenence and are supposed to some how manage all of the units.
Bugs every where. Ants inside the walls.
The kitchen counter crumbles from underneath bc it's not sealed.. And i was told there's nothing they can do about it. The entire place is painted over. The bath and sinks have 15 layers of paint peeling off.
No one leashes or picks up after their dogs.
Not to mention there's a new property... management team every year... Gee I wonder why...

They say it’s new management but it’s the same problems with new people. They don’t respect the move in special at all. I’ve had issues with pest and plumbing since the day we’ve moved in and I’ve called the office about it and they will NEVER do anything about it. They constantly pull the card of saying “oh whenever said that” or “we don’t do that” even if you have specifically made it clear what you needed or what your plans were. Also valet trash is a joke. Your lucky if they even come on the... days they say are scheduled and they will throw your trash can so it’s throw across the hall when they do get it. If you want to live with cockroaches and constantly having all plumbing being clogged or flooding your whole place then this place is where you’d want to live. Read More

ROACHES AND ANTS EVERYWHERE! Not renovated as advertised instead they put newer-ish doors on old nasty cabinets, no maintenance, gate is never closed, dog poop everywhere, 6 months still don't have a fullt working stove. And people's cars keep getting broken into.

Finally free of this place, after problems upon problems!! Mold issues NEVER addressed, and the management even went on to kick a resident out for calling them out on the mold issue.. it killed her cats but they told her she “over stayed her welcome.” do not sign as tina will NOT be there for you.
