Easton Apartments Great place to live. Quiet, peaceful, safe, and a lot of trees. I love the green areas, and the swimming pool!! The maintenance team keep clean all areas, and they are fast and clean to fix any issue that may happen in the apartment. All staff is very friendly and polite. I'm very happy to live in this neighborhood.

Water Heater/Dryer Maintenance staff and office try to do their very best, but I’m Still waiting on a water heater. My dryer heating element will not shut off so I can’t use my dryer it does turn on. Not good, my grand daughters have been staying with me a few days a week and I can’t wash clothes and hot water doesn’t last very long for 2 grown ups and 2 children.

I have an upstairs neighbor that has no consideration for the downstairs neighbor which is myself. They continue to let their kids... run and jump all day and evening. I have not been able to enjoy a weekend or evening after work since they moved in. I have tried to talk to them but still they let their kids run wild. I never see them take their kids outside to run and jump. It’s all done inside! I have sent videos and complained to the office but still this is all I hear when I am home. My daughter tried to take a nap on Friday and was woken up by these kids! It’s awful. I know the office can’t do much. It’s frustrating for sure. Read More
