I have been living at Lyra for years and the way it has changed under the new management has been amazing the way they take care of the grounds and property really shows how much they care not to mention all the improvements they have made I plan to keep Lyra as my home until I purchase a house of my own

I actually moved here from Renata Apartments when the management team transferred over — they were such an amazing group of people that when they left, I followed. And if you click on my profile, you’ll see I had nothing but great things to say about them back when I lived there, too. That alone should tell you how much I trust and appreciate them.

When I was apartment hunting around San Antonio, I... read so many reviews trying to figure out the right place. At some point, I realized you can’t always go off what everyone else says — sometimes you just have to trust your gut. I’m so glad I did.

I’ve been here for two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m planning to renew again because it truly feels like home. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s handled within 24–48 hours, which makes such a difference.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the front office team is incredible. They work so hard and genuinely care about the residents. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows.

If you’re on the fence, I’d say take the leap. It might just end up being the best decision you make — it definitely was for me.

It has been great here so far. Love my space and staff has been super helpful when i need it. If i have a maintenance issue, they are quick to get it taken care.

They put on a facade to get you to live there. They do not return your deposit. And laugh in your face. The walls are thin, could not sleep for a week due to neighbors being loud and I complained plenty of times about it and nothing gets done. Had my mail stolen, mail boxes were broken into. Worst place to live.
