Think twice before signing a lease here

My experience here from the beginning was disappointing, and unfortunately that never improved.

Parking was one of the biggest issues. If you come home after 7pm, finding a space can be extremely difficult. There simply do not appear to be enough spaces for the number of apartments, even with garages available for $100+/month.

Trash and property cleanliness were also ongoing concerns. Residents frequently left trash outside for extended periods, attracting raccoons, porcupines, and even...
coyotes into the parking lot. I reported this multiple times, but it was never adequately resolved. My dog was injured by a porcupine and required a $1,500 veterinary visit.

Pet waste stations were another recurring problem. Several would remain without bags for weeks. At one point, three stations went more than six weeks without being refilled, leaving the property looking unsanitary despite being advertised as pet-friendly.

Communication with management was consistently frustrating. I experienced multiple situations where voicemails and portal messages went unanswered for extended periods.

I had to dispute unexplained utility charges and repeatedly requested clarification without receiving a clear response. A separate CPS service-transfer error resulted in additional billing. CPS confirmed the error was on their end, and I immediately contacted the property and requested reconsideration of the charges. My request was not addressed.

Eight months into my lease, I was told I did not have renters insurance even though I had an active policy throughout my lease and proof of payment before move-in. Instead of contacting me to verify the information, charges were added to my account. I provided the policy information immediately, but still did not receive a response and was charged for the period they claimed they were verifying coverage.

It also took three attempts over a week to receive the form required for my notice to vacate.

I was disappointed to see promotions encouraging residents to leave 5-star reviews, as well as responses to negative reviews questioning whether reviewers were actually residents. I believe resident concerns would be better addressed directly.

Overall, the combination of parking problems, property maintenance concerns, billing issues, and inconsistent communication made my experience unnecessarily stressful. I would encourage anyone considering this property to find somewhere else.

Lies about ways to get approval

Made well over the amount, was denied and want to change now what can get qualified for approval once I let them know I had other ways to verify approval. Should’ve listened to the reviews and left this place alone, At least I would’ve had my application fees still. They will eat your money up and spit you out right after

Worst place to live

The apartments are nice. Not very quick to respond to service requests. I resolved the issue before they got here, after over a week of waiting. Parking is atrocious I had to walk almost a half mile to get to my apartment as there was no parking and a lot of cars without parking passes or stickers. I'm not sure if I will be renewing my lease. So today I had a conversation with the towing company and they let me know they will not tow people who are parked here without parking passes only those... who break city ordinance. So no parking in red zones, handicap ,etc. So current residents take note no one is getting towed for parking here without a pass or sticker. Now they are trying to renegotiate my lease and make it seem as though I am paying more than I am to jack up the price. I called and they said they would look into it. Still have yet to get a call back. I have also waited 2 weeks for my AC to get fixed and it has yet to happen.

Parking, neighbors and trash

No assigned parking is a problem. Many evenings after 9 I’ve come home to find no parking anywhere near my apartment yet they revamped the leasing area to allow for more prospect parking. Trash is charged 35 a month to look at your neighbors trash within 6 ft when they don’t pick it up on weekends. Trash is a huge problem here, no enforcement. Noisy upstairs neighbors all hours of the night. Non responsive except for maintenance, they’re great
