Love it here!

Looking for somewhere to move? These apartments are it! I love living here! The office staff Holly, Serena and Alyssa are Fantastic and are always available for questions and help when needed. The property is nice and quiet! Friendly neighbors and maintenance always say hi! No complaints here!

Worth the money

All the ladies in the office were very kind and helpful, holly helped me with the paperwork, Alyssa got answers to my odd requests. And Serena helped me with the move in keys and all the final paperwork. I have lived here for 3 months and I am very happy, there are issues with the roaches but that’s the only bad thing about it. Everything else is great. As long as you keep your apartment clean there isn’t much to worry about. Maintenance is quick, pool is amazing. I have nothing negative to say!... I absolutely love this apartment.

Nice but thin walls

I live on a bottom floor and am able to hear every step, jump, ball bounce from my upstairs neighbors, including their alarm clock and amorous encounters. I can’t wait to move. While I had no upstairs neighbors it was so quiet and lovely. It is a nice property. They don’t enforce the picking up the dog poop rule and I see so many people break it and the poop stations often have no bags.

Perfect for the price

My husband and I just moved in and we love it! The friendly staff made signing all the contracts so easy. The apartments are conveniently located to any shopping or food you could want or need. Because the apartments are bigger we never hear our neighbors. And a BIG added bonus is the cute doggy park a nice area to let him off the leash and play.
