When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in the winter, turn it down to 50 degrees. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Parties are prohibited. If pets are found at the property or pet feces are discovered, a $400 fee will be assessed. If trash is not bagged and placed inside the trash cans, a $50 fee will be assessed.
