No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours span from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties are allowed. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. The stairs leading to the loft are steep, so please observe safety and monitor children at all times. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis, and water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos.
