Occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. There is an exterior camera for security purposes only; please do not tamper with it, as fees may apply. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. If you are experiencing issues please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink. All pool and water attractions, food & beverage areas and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels may be lower than shown in listing photos.
