Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. This is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna.
