The Abbey On Lake Wyndemere

Me and my husband have rented for all of our adult lives. We have never had a property management team be so uncaring and disinterested in our experience. All they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of you.

They will find ways to bill you beyond rent, for “amenities” no one even uses. The elevators are always broken, cars are broken into (no surveillance cameras) and the stairways are disgusting. I would recommend staying farrrr away.

Lived here since early 2023, started in midrise 4th floor the first 6 months until the constantly broken elevator caused us to transfer to a townhome.townhome view was nice and that was about it. Issues with maintenance, communication and safety. Lease states deposit will be refunded 30days or sooner once move out happens, almost 40 days later still no refund. Told can take 50-60 days. Called management company and zero help.

Nice updated townhouse with no sound proofing. Incredible amount of noise from upstairs neighbors at all times of day and night. Raised the issue several times with management, and got nothing but lip service.

I visited this property and it was not what we expected for their extremely high rents.
