LUXE AT 1300

This was one of the last places we could find in Waco, and the entire move in process was confusing, my apartment was dirty, the toilet didn't work, I had grass of some sort growing in my disposal, and on top of that, the front office wasn't even there the day I was supposed to move in so I wasn't actually able to get anything done or make my first payment. I continued to have issues the first several weeks with items that did not work and continually confused about the parking, and ended up... with my vehicle towed and they did nothing about it. I love living at the Luxe!!! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My neighbors are very friendly and super quiet. The weekly events give it a real sense of community. Worth every penny!!!

It's like living in a luxury hotel. Building sits between 2 lakes. amenities are excellent, infinity pool, excellent exercise room, theater, library, internet café, you name it, we got it. Sense of community thrives. Apartments have high end appliances, granite countertops and all open to an enclosed hallway. We have a great room, with lots of sitting and gourmet kitchen available to everyone. Management quickly attends to any and all concerns. Maintenance staff excels.
