Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level are freshly stocked with clean towels and great Wi-Fi throughout.

You can park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street in front of our home. Up to two dogs are allowed with a fee: $50 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Early check-in or late check-out is available through the digital guestbook, subject to availability and a small fee.
We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley. We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, and 60 minutes from Park City. We're only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway, providing easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County. Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots just a 10-minute drive away. We have hundreds of YELP-worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Lyft, Uber, and Uber Eats are very active in our area.
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors to maintain a great experience for everyone. This is a smoke-free home, with no smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system.
