Julls and Max were very courteous with my work order! Even when I wanted to make a change to the entrance time, they were very understanding, then my work order was done very quickly! The rest of the team (including Carl, Nate, Roberto, Alyssa, and Chelsea) are all very friendly and professional too! Highly recommend Brigham Apartments!

Brigham Apartments is a great place to live. Been here almost a full year now and I love how walkable the area is and it’s close to everything I need! Great to walk my dog too because it’s so close to parks/trails. The office and maintenance team is always quick to help resolve my issues, very professional and friendly! Highly, highly recommend!

Max was so helpful with my work order. They worked on it the same day I submitted it, fixed it, and even followed up the next day. Chelsea, Alyssa, Roberto, Carl, Julls, and Nate are all really great on the Brigham team too. I’d highly recommend Brigham apartments to anyone. Not only because of the staff, but I also love the location and the building in general is very nice.

Brigham Apts are a great place to live. The building is maintained well, the staff friendly, the location incredible with city access out the front doors on South Temple and quiet neighborhood walking out the back side on 1st Ave. The amenities and community
spaces are inviting and well cared for. People living here are generally quiet and friendly!
