Colonial Courts is fantastic. The front office staff is always accommodating and the maintenance crew is literally the best, I’ve never had to worry about waiting for maintenance to get done, and the apartment periodically check things like fire alarms, vents, etc so I feel safe. The community is nice and mostly keeps to themselves, but there are also people who love to hangout and chat if thats your thing. They often host events like breakfasts in the common area, holiday parties, and other... things in case you don’t have any other plans or just want to socialize.

Its a great place to live. Office staff and maintenance are very friendly. I still think the $3.25 charge on the extra utilities added to our bill each month should be a Colonial Court responsibility because the other company preparing the bill give our administration time to do other things.
