Its a great place to live. Office staff and maintenance are very friendly. I still think the $3.25 charge on the extra utilities added to our bill each month should be a Colonial Court responsibility because the other company preparing the bill give our administration time to do other things.

It feels like a dream to experience the cleanliness of Colonial Court. It's also great that the buildings and outdoor areas have fresh, clean air to breathe, unlike other places I have been. Five stars for Colonial Court.

Out of all the various apartment complexes in the area, Colonial Court in my opinion is the best in terms of pricing, location, amenities, pet friendliness and quality of life. Colonial Court has an established management team dedicated to quality of life and excellence, and who has not taken shortcuts in the needs of their tenants. If you are a good tenant who follows the rules, and does not cause trouble, I highly recommend Colonial Court.
