WE LOVE IT HERE!

It’s a beautiful community! Very quiet, peaceful at night. They have yummy food trucks throughout the month. And fun giveaways, and a wonderful pool area. You wouldn’t find it anywhere else!

H2O Townhomes offers a desirable property with an exceptional location. It is conveniently situated near the TRAX train station, which provides direct access to downtown and the airport. Additionally, the property is close to Costco and a shopping mall (Valley Fair). A lake is situated adjacent to the property, offering opportunities for jogging and tracking mileage.

Given that the property is relatively new, the community maintains a high level of cleanliness. The grass is well-manicured, and...
streets are free from litter. Furthermore, the property provides ample parking spaces for guests.

Love the community

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and it’s a great little neighborhood. Maintenance is quick to respond to any repair requests, office staff is friendly and willing to communicate, and the amenities are spectacular.

Nice Community

Having lived in this community for almost a year. I have been very impressed with everything. Management does an excellent job with updating the community if there are changed to the plan (building inspections, repairs, food trucks, community events). Maintenance is very responsive and ducts things in a timely manner. The amenities are desirable.
