It’s a beautiful community! Very quiet, peaceful at night. They have yummy food trucks throughout the month. And fun giveaways, and a wonderful pool area. You wouldn’t find it anywhere else!

H2O Townhomes offers a desirable property with an exceptional location. It is conveniently situated near the TRAX train station, which provides direct access to downtown and the airport. Additionally, the property is close to Costco and a shopping mall (Valley Fair). A lake is situated adjacent to the property, offering opportunities for jogging and tracking mileage.
Given that the property is relatively new, the community maintains a high level of cleanliness. The grass is well-manicured, and... streets are free from litter. Furthermore, the property provides ample parking spaces for guests.
