This place is nasty. It seemed like there was always broken stuff around the property. Dog park was nasty another tenant and I had spent hours cleaning it not once but twice and nothing ever got done about it. They always said they "have cameras" but they really don't. Never felt safe there and had some problems with one of the old managers there as well.

Extremely upset with the upkeep on this building. I am stuck in a 12 month lease with a company management who could care less about the safety and health of its residents. I have a very beautiful Siberian husky who has had Paavo twice due to the negligence in the dog park. Although it is the sole responsibility of the pet owners to pick up after said pet, it is also the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all health and sanitation codes are kept up our dog park is very unhealthy for both pets... and pet owners. I spent over an hour picking up the dog park once. What little work I did was quickly overseen by how much dog poop was still there. I have made noice complaints to those in the office with little to no response. We have made multiple requests to have things be fixed with no care from the management. Yet if we get caught fixing it ourselves we are in trouble. We had the power go out in our newborns room on a Friday night and had left them know as soon as we noticed. They failed to do anything until Wednesday when it was Convenient for the women in the office to go purchase new outlets. If you enjoy the smell of dog urine this is the place to live! Vomit lovingly placed in the hallways and stairs by people that don’t know when to stop drinking is also a familiar odor. People playing their music very loud in the pool area is another pleasant free benefit offered by this mediocre establishment.
